Surface treatment:
To do mirror polishing surface of aluminum profile, it usually use chemical polishing, sometimes together with mechanical polishing.

Feature of Mirror Polish Aluminum
Chemical polishing is a chemical processing method that uses aluminum to selectively self-dissolve in an acidic or alkaline electrolyte solution to level and polish the surface to reduce its surface roughness and PH.
The polishing method has the advantages of simple equipment, no power supply, no limitation on the size of the profile. And it also has high polishing speed and low processing cost.
